FamilyFarmed’s Good Food Chef of the Year Award will be presented on Saturday, March 18, 2017 during the Good Food Festival — our big public celebration of the fast-growing Good Food movement — which makes up the final day of our annual three-day Good Food Festival & Conference.
The award, presented each year since 2014, is given to a chef from the Chicago region who shares FamilyFarmed’s values of a better food system that is healthier, more environmental sustainable and more economically productive. The recipients of this award are culinary community leaders in using ingredients produced as locally as possible utilizing sustainable, humane and fair practices, and they share our goal of Good Food on Every Table.
